Senior Analyst, Mergers and Acquisitions

SBI Partners has been engaged on a search for a Senior M&A Analyst to join a newly formed, private equity-backed platform headquartered in Chicago. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity to join a growing organization at an early stage and work directly with senior leadership as the company executes an acquisition-driven growth strategy. The role will have significant exposure across M&A, finance, operations, and strategy. Approximately 50% of the position will focus on M&A, 25% on building out FP&A capabilities, and 25% "other".

Why This Opportunity This is not a traditional analyst seat within a large corporate environment. The person joining will have an opportunity to get involved at the ground level of a newly formed platform, work closely with senior leadership, and gain hands-on exposure to both acquisitions and the financial infrastructure required to scale the business. The role offers a combination of transaction experience, FP&A, and broader strategic exposure that is difficult to find in a typical M&A or finance position.
