Account Manager

Job Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the experience for our customers, from sign up and onboarding to execution and billing. This Account Manager role not only manages the customer’s experience and expectations, but will work with multiple warehouses within our network to ensure customer orders are shipping seamlessly while tracking inventory levels. This person must be confident with remote technologies from Email to Slack to Zoom to Asana and be highly skilled with Spreadsheets. The person in this position will be successful if our customers are; expanding their business, writing rave reviews about us, and telling other Amazon sellers to work with us.

Responsibilities: Direct ownership of clients and their customer journey Onboarding new customers, fielding new inquiries, growing customer base Liaising with customers and warehouses to troubleshoot and gather status updates. Optimize customer - warehouse communication Track inbound and outbound orders and inventory levels Responding to customer questions as needed Provide customer feedback to exec team

Qualifications: 2-4 years experience with Amazon Seller Central. Creating inbound shipments, managing inventory, opening cases in Seller Central are all relevant for this job Ideally 2+ years experience selling on Amazon or working directly with Amazon sellers or a company selling on Amazon...you should know how to create a SPD shipment and an LTL shipment 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Service, Account Management or Warehouse Management role Experience having directly prepped FBA products Familiar with the process of sending Hazmat units to Amazon through 3rd party carriers. Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse with internal departments, as well as with clients/agencies Must possess strong organizational and analytical skills Project management experience a plus Skilled with Google suite, especially Google Sheets Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high pressure Able to oversee multiple projects and tight deadlines, in other words a phenomenal multitasker
