Bar Preparation Associate – Fort Lauderdale, FL

Responsibilities: Prepare cocktails and other beverages according to established recipes, quality standards, and portion guidelines. Ensure beverages are presented consistently and served in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area throughout each shift. Answer guest questions about menu items and provide courteous assistance with requests or concerns. Prioritize guest satisfaction when handling complaints and service issues. Assist coworkers and management with additional duties as needed. Support dining room operations by providing water and bread service, clearing tables, and assisting with other guest-facing tasks. Follow applicable food safety, health, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Use equipment and supplies properly and report unsafe conditions to management. Follow restaurant policies, operating procedures, uniform standards, and personal hygiene requirements. Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance throughout scheduled shifts.

Qualifications: One to two years of restaurant experience preferred. Genuine interest in hospitality and guest service. Positive attitude and willingness to support team members.
