What You'll Do: As a CPT Case Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring children receive the protection and support they need.
Responsibilities include: Advocate for Children's Safety Conduct forensic interviews and psychosocial assessments involving allegations of child abuse and neglect. Gather family history and assess risks, strengths, and service needs. Help determine appropriate interventions and coordinate critical CPT services. Collaborate with Community Partners Work closely with law enforcement, medical professionals, mental health providers, and child welfare agencies. Participate in multidisciplinary staffing meetings to ensure coordinated care and informed decision-making. Serve as an Expert Resource Prepare professional reports and documentation that support investigations and service planning. Provide court testimony and depositions when needed. Educate community partners on child abuse prevention, identification, and intervention. Make an Ongoing Difference Support children and families through sensitive and often complex situations. Maintain high-quality records and ensure compliance with professional, contractual, and CHS standards. Qualifications: Education Bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field from an accredited university (required) Experience Three years of post-bachelor's experience required Minimum of one year working with abused and neglected children required
