Litigation Paralegal (Employment)

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least five years of experience in employment law to assist the in-house legal team at one of our global financial service clients on an hourly basis. The paralegal will support the Employment team of attorneys who handle litigation, arbitration, EEOC and other employment related legal matters. This is a tremendous opportunity to join one of the world's most well-known and established financial and investment services companies This role is expected to be open-ended and it is expected to provide full-time hours. The structure of this role will require both on-site and remote work. The role will require alternating remote and onsite weeks in Raleigh-Durham, NC.
