Strategic Title IX & Civil Rights Director

California State University, Monterey Bay seeks a Director of Civil Rights and Title IX to lead the campus Title IX program. You will oversee investigations into discrimination and harassment, advise on remedies, and coordinate prevention and training across the university. Reporting to senior leadership, you will supervise staff, ensure compliance with CSU policies, and collaborate with HR, Academic Affairs, and campus partners to foster a safe, inclusive environment.
