Senior M&A & Private Equity Associate

Greenberg Traurig, LLP seeks a senior Corporate Associate (6–8+ years) in Fort Lauderdale to lead complex M&A and private equity transactions from inception to closing. You will serve as the primary client contact, structuring deals and coordinating with tax, regulatory, and finance specialists. You will mentor junior associates and paralegals while handling post-closing matters and negotiations for sophisticated clients across industries.
