Pay Range: $126880 - $145912/hour.

Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and operational oversight for Labor & Delivery. Ensure safe, high-quality patient care and positive patient experiences. Lead recruitment, mentorship, staff development, and professional growth. Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and hospital standards. Monitor departmental performance and lead quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with physicians, midwives, neonatal teams, nursing leaders, and hospital leadership. Manage staffing, departmental resources, and budget for efficient operations. Key Requirements and

Technology Experience: BSN – Required Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field – Required 10+ years of Labor & Delivery clinical experience 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership/management experience Current Colorado RN license or ability to obtainBLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications – Required Additional maternal/neonatal certifications – Preferred Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
