About Our Client:
Our client is a vertically integrated real estate investment and management platform that acquires, repositions, and operates conventional multifamily properties nationwide.
Your Responsibilities:
- Set asset-level business plans, including hold/sell, repositioning, and value-add strategies
- Own budgets, reforecasts, and long-range projections to drive NOI and cash flow
- Hold property management teams accountable to leasing, pricing, and expense targets
- Underwrite and manage capital projects, renovations, and unit upgrades
- Partner with Capital Markets on refinancings, debt compliance, and lender reporting
- Support acquisitions and dispositions through diligence, underwriting, and transition
- Prepare investor, ownership, and lender reporting
- Lead and develop a team of two Asset Managers
- The Skills and Experience You Bring:10+ years of real estate asset management, including 5+ in a senior or supervisory role
- Conventional multifamily experience required; multi-market U.S. experience strongly preferred
- Advanced financial modeling and underwriting skills (Excel/ARGUS); Yardi or RealPage experience
- Working knowledge of debt structures, loan covenants, and JV reporting
- Strong communicator who can present and influence at the CEO and ownership level
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus
