Apply for this role →Employment Support Professional The Employment Support Professional supports individuals with disabilities to identify employment goals, build workplace skills, and succeed in competitive, integrated jobs. This community-based role includes hands-on coaching, employer collaboration, and timely documentation to meet program and funding requirements. Education and/or experience: Associate's Degree with two years of vocational experience, OR Bachelor's degree in related field with less than two years of experience in vocational services, supported employment, workforce development, or human services preferred. Valid NYS driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following.
