Staff Accountant The New Haven Companies, Inc. is looking for an Staff Accountant with S Corp and multiple state experience, who will become part of an incredible team. Our accounting team gives a great deal of support to our locations. The Staff Accountant position will work alone and part of a team. This position will have a variety of duties so you will never be bored. Responsibilities to include: GL Account Reconciliations Expense GL Coding Recording Journal Entries AP Vendor Management Bank Reconciliations Asset Tracking Asset Based Lending Tangible Personal Property Taxes Sales/Use Taxes – Avalara familiarity Accrued Expenses Inventory Management with Inventory Account Reconciliations Inventory Transfers/Production Orders AR Customer Cash Receipts & Posting AR Sales Billings SOP’s creation; Processes/Checklists System Knowledge – SPIRE, Microsoft Office, Excel, OutlookWe are happy to say that our work environment feels like family and that our employees are valued with a work family life environment.
