Senior Director, Underwriting & Asset Management

Paragon Capital Group, a real estate lender and EB-5 regional center, seeks a Director of Underwriting & Asset Management. Remote (US) or hybrid in New York City. The role underwrites all transactions, closes loans, and owns credit performance of the portfolio. Reports to Managing Partner and leads a two-person team; responsible for formalizing processes and filling gaps as the portfolio grows. The position requires senior CRE underwriting, strong Excel modeling, loan structuring, and experience
