Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge psychiatric treatments while working closely with providers in a collaborative setting. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities: Administer IV and IM ketamine treatments, including placing IVs and delivering the dose prescribed by the provider, and remain on call throughout each session to check in on patients and escalate any concerns Administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments under clinical supervision Monitor patients receiving Spravato (esketamine) treatment, including taking and recording vital signs to ensure safety and comfort Learn and adhere to Hudson Mind’s clinical documentation and safety protocols Support providers during procedures by preparing treatment rooms and maintaining necessary supplies Assist with patient flow and ensure a smooth, high-quality treatment experience Gain proficiency in our EHR system (Athena) and patient communication tools to support care coordination Help manage clinic inventory, ensuring adequate stock of medical and office supplies

Qualifications: Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting preferred (but not required)Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team Comfort working with patients in a mental health setting Interest in psychiatry, neuromodulation, or advanced mental health treatments is a plus Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hour
