Kitting Associate

Key Responsibilities: Picking Components: Locating and pulling individual parts, materials, or products from warehouse shelves based on a customer order. Assembly & Packaging: Grouping the components together, placing them into designated bins or boxes, and preparing them for transit staging into a designated area. Quality Verification: Ensuring that kits are complete, accurate, and meet customer or production line specifications. Inventory Management: Updating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), maintaining an organized staging area, and restocking component inventory as needed. Key Skills &

Requirements: High Attention to Detail: Essential for verifying part numbers, ensuring correct quantities, and avoiding picking errors. Physical Stamina: The ability to stand/walk for long shifts, and frequently bend, reach, and lift packages (up to 25 pounds).Basic Computer/Scanner Literacy: Familiarity with scanning devices or computer terminals to track inventory and kit assemblies. Teamwork: Coordinating with inventory managers, supervisors, and other fulfillment associates to meet daily production quotas.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. Forklift certification is a plus.
