Senior Preconstruction Manager - Civil Infrastructure & Bids

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering for civil infrastructure projects. You will review plans, identify risks, and prepare competitive bids while mentoring a team of estimators and coordinating with clients and internal teams. Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of preconstruction experience, strong civil construction knowledge, and proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid and B2W Estimate.
