Tour Receptionist - Cocoa Beach

Position Overview: As a Tour Receptionist, you'll welcome guests, coordinate tour arrivals, support the Sales and Marketing teams, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities: Welcome and check in guests for their scheduled tours Assist guests with payments, reservations, and general resort information Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service Prepare daily tour reports and communicate updates to Sales Leadership Coordinate with Sales Managers regarding owner gifts and tour logistics Monitor tour counts and update leadership throughout the day Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Support administrative projects and other duties as needed
