Operations Manager - Construction Supplies

What You’ll Do: Manage daily operations across warehouse, shipping/receiving, delivery, and counter sales Lead, schedule, and develop a team of approximately 20 employees Own inventory accuracy, fleet/delivery efficiency, and counter service levels Build and refine operational processes to improve throughput and reduce waste Use sales data and analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities at the branch level Partner with the sales team on pricing, stock strategy, and customer service standards Maintain and grow relationships with contractor accounts, including on-site visits when needed Enforce safety standards and DOT compliance for delivery operations Report on branch performance and recommend improvements to leadership
