Food Scientist – Ingredient Innovation & DOE

Oats Overnight is seeking a Food Scientist to lead new ingredient qualification, optimization, and product innovation. You will work hands-on with next‐gen ingredient solutions, enhance nutrition, and support oat‐based, high‐protein coffee products as they move from ideation to commercialization. This full-time, onsite role in Arizona emphasizes designing experiments, collaborating with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing, and delivering scalable formulations with a clean-label focus.
