Role Description:
The Traffic Manager is responsible for overseeing the flow of work across teams, ensuring that projects and tasks are properly prioritized, assigned, and delivered on schedule. In this full-time remote role, the Traffic Manager will manage incoming requests, maintain project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor workload capacity to avoid bottlenecks. Daily activities include coordinating with project managers and team leads, updating schedules and dashboards, tracking progress, and proactively identifying risks or delays. The Traffic Manager will communicate timelines and expectations clearly, maintain documentation, and help refine processes to improve efficiency and collaboration. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. $45,000 - $70,000 a year
Qualifications:
Strong project coordination and scheduling skills, including experience managing timelines, tasks, and dependencies. Proficiency with workflow, project management, or CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Trello,, ClickUp, or similar platforms).Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey priorities, deadlines, and status updates to diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, organize information, and maintain accurate documentation. Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with strong self-management and time management skills. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret workload and performance data to recommend process improvements.
