Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) The Gardens at Orangeville is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Orangeville, PA. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisor, ensuring our residents receive compassionate and professional support. PayPay Rate: $30.13–$31.63 per hour, depending on experience Evening Shift Differential: +$1.50 per hour Night Shift Differential: +$1.00 per hour Weekend Shift Differential: +$5.00 per hour Shift differentials are paid in addition to the base hourly rate. Shifts Available Full-Time and Part-Time:7am - 3pm3pm - 11pm11pm - 7:30amPRNResponsibilitiesAdminister nursing care in a skilled nursing environment under RN supervision. Provide basic medical care, including changing dressings, administering prescribed medications, and collecting specimens. Monitor residents' health, document observations, and communicate changes promptly to nursing leadership. Promote a safe and supportive environment focused on dignity, respect, and quality of life.
