Dairy Production Supervisor

Meijer is seeking a Dairy Production Relief Supervisor to support daily operations in our on-site dairy facility. In this role, you’ll provide coverage across shifts, overseeing production lines, staff assignments, and changeovers to maintain safe, efficient output. You’ll ensure adherence to food safety, HACCP, and quality standards while monitoring equipment performance and coordinating with maintenance. The role includes coaching team members, tracking yields and waste, updating production reports, and supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced, values-driven retail environment.
