Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales Manager – Alabama/Fayetteville Area Wash N' Roll Car Wash Wash N' Roll is looking for a motivated, hands-on Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts throughout the Alabama/Fayetteville area This is a working manager position. You'll be responsible for leading and developing your sales team, driving membership sales across the region, and actively selling alongside your team. We're looking for someone competitive, dependable, energetic, and comfortable holding themselves and others accountable for results. Compensation $18.00 per hour Approximately 20 hours of overtime per pay period Management commission based on membership sales throughout your assigned region Individual commission on memberships you personally sell Strong performers have the opportunity to significantly increase their total earnings through commission Responsibilities Lead and manage sales representatives throughout the Alabama/Fayetteville area Drive monthly membership sales and help locations reach company goals Actively sell memberships alongside your team Train, coach, and develop sales representatives Set expectations and hold team members accountable for performance Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales numbers Help create schedules and ensure proper sales coverage at assigned locations Identify opportunities to improve sales performance Communicate results, challenges, and staffing needs with leadership Maintain a positive, competitive, and professional sales culture Travel between locations within the assigned region as needed What We're Looking For Previous sales experience preferred Leadership or management experience is a plus Strong communication and people skills Competitive and goal-oriented mindset Comfortable coaching and holding employees accountable Willingness to work outside and interact with customers throughout the day Dependable transportation and ability to travel between locations Ability to work approximately 40–50 hours per week Availability to work a flexible schedule when needed Benefits Wash N' Roll offers eligible employees access to: Health insurance options Additional company benefits Opportunities for advancement within a growing organization This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, leadership, competition, and performance-based pay.
