What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Building high-end custom homes and renovations alongside an experienced crew
  • Performing framing, siding, interior trim, and detailed finishing work
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints with accuracy
  • Using hand and power tools with precision and care
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Taking ownership of your projects and delivering top-quality results
  • You’ll Thrive Here If You:
  • Bring 5+ years of carpentry experience(framing, finishing, siding, etc.)Can lift up to 65 lbs and work at heights up to 35 feet
  • Are confident in construction math (geometry, fractions, measurements)
  • Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Can pass a background check and drug screening
  • Show up with a positive attitude, ready to learn, lead, and deliver exceptional work
  • Bonus Points For:
  • Supervising or mentoring other carpenters
  • Comfort with tablets or digital tools for project tracking
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Natural problem-solving skills and attention to detail
