Inspection Associate

Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Bus Route Accessible)

Pay Rate: $16/hour + $0.75 Shift Premium for 2nd Shift Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday Thursday, 3 PM 11 PM

Key Responsibilities: Inspect production parts and identify/categorize plating defects with precision Accurately enter inspection data into computer systems Communicate findings and requirements to supervisors, quality personnel, and team members Continuously learn new parts, processes, and production requirements Operate equipment according to procedures Transport, organize, and package materials, ensuring proper labeling for shipment Comply with procedures for material handling, inventory, and sorting Efficiently rack products to plating racks following all specifications Support racking, sorting, and other production tasks as needed Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational abilities Basic computer system proficiency High attention to detail
