Bilingual Senior HR Generalist

I’m partnering with a well-established organization on a search for an experienced Bilingual Senior HR Generalist. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on while serving as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership. Key areas of responsibility: Lead complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations Coach managers on performance management, corrective action, and employee issues Support HR compliance, policies, and employment law initiatives Manage complex leave and accommodation matters Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational initiatives Support compensation planning, job leveling, and pay equity analysis Maintain HRIS data and provide HR reporting and analytics Lead HR projects, training, and process improvements Mentor and provide guidance to junior HR team members
