We're now looking for an experienced recruiter to lead and grow our New York team. Founded in the UK in 2015, we have offices in London, Bristol, Chicago and New York. Our New York office went from one person to a high-performing team in under a year, and we need someone to take that team to the next level.
The role:
- You'll run your own desk while managing and developing a team of consultants. You'll recruit, coach and hold the team to a high standard, and you'll have real input into how the New York office grows.
- You won't be starting cold. You'll take on an exceptionally warm client network, built through years of founder-led business development, and build your own market in one of these areas: Software Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud Infrastructure, Cyber Security, or Change & Transformation.
- We also work differently from most recruitment firms. Clients can work with us through three solutions (Connect, Consult and Deploy), so you can grow accounts in more ways than permanent placements alone.

What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of 360 recruitment experience
- Experience managing recruiters, whether formally or as a team lead
