Join the Russo's Team! Russo's New York Pizzeria – Frisco is hiring experienced Pizza Cooks who take pride in preparing great food and providing an excellent guest experience. If you have experience making pizza, working on a line, or preparing food in a fast-paced restaurant, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Prepare authentic New York-style pizzas
- Cook pasta, wings, calzones, salads, and appetizers
- Stretch and prepare fresh pizza dough
- Prep ingredients and maintain food quality standards
- Read and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with carryout and delivery orders
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work as part of a positive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- Previous pizza, line cook, restaurant kitchen experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Team player with good communication skills
- Food Handler certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
- Be able to be on your feet all shift
- Must be at least 18 years old
