Our client, a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Production and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Production WorkerLocation: Sioux Falls, SDPay Range:First shift: 20.18/hr Second shift: 20.73/hr Third shift: 21.18/hrWhat's the Job?Operate manufacturing and powered equipment safely while following established procedures. Perform quality checks on corrugated box products throughout the production process. Assist with material setup and machine setup to support efficient production. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support manufacturing operations by performing additional duties as assigned.What's Needed?Ability to work safely and comply with all company safety regulations. Basic math, computer, and tape measure reading skills. Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and work up to 12-hour shifts.
