Global Payroll Leader, Compliance & Tax (Multi-Country)

App Lovin is seeking a Payroll Manager to own global payroll operations across the US and key international markets. The role is hands-on in building compliance frameworks, partnering cross-functionally, and ensuring payroll runs are accurate, on time, and scalable. You will be a subject matter expert on payroll tax and statutory compliance across geographies, manage vendor relationships, and support month-end close and equity-related payroll events in a high-velocity environment.
