Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital sign monitoring, bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily living activities
- Assist with medication administration, wound care, and other treatments as directed by licensed nurses
- Support patients with mobility and mobility-impairing conditions, such as transferring, ambulating, and positioning
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including vital signs and treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and assistance to patients and their families, promoting a positive and dignified experience
