Head of Talent Acquisition — Healthcare & Community Impact

Wider Circle, based in Houston, TX, seeks its first Director-level leader of Talent Acquisition to scale recruiting across all lines, build sourcing infrastructure, and maintain an exceptional candidate experience. You will grow and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists (including 1099 recruiters), set targets, and partner with leaders to keep job descriptions and pitches compelling while maintaining Wider Circle’s mission-driven culture. This role is remote-first with periodic travel.
