You'll work closely with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide safe, compassionate and person-centered care. CNA Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting. Assist with transfers, mobility and positioning. Take and record vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team. Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights. Provide compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining resident dignity and independence. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team. Promote a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents.
