Position Responsibilities: Monitor chemical baths and plating solutions to ensure proper concentrations and performance. Set up, operate, and adjust plating equipment according to production requirements. Monitor process parameters to maintain product quality and consistency. Inspect finished parts for quality, appearance, and adherence to specifications. Identify and report quality issues or process concerns to supervisors. Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and company regulations. Follow established work instructions and standard operating procedures. Work closely with production and quality teams to meet customer specifications and company standards. Follow safety and quality procedures to ensure proper handling and processing of parts. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements and Qualifications: Must have 3 plus years at each previous employers Comfortable with working in a manufacturing environment. Attention to detail and basic counting/math skills. Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines. Previous experience as an auto mechanic or in a hands-on mechanical role is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools, equipment, and troubleshooting processes. Prior manufacturing or plating experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
