Maintenance Technician

What you’ll be doing: Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Diagnose equipment issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Work with PLCs, automation, VFDs, motor controls, robotics, and HMI systems Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements Maintain work orders and maintenance records Assist with facility and utility maintenance Follow LOTO and all safety procedures Maintain GMP, HACCP, and sanitation standards Partner with production to improve equipment reliability and efficiency

What we’re looking for: 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferred Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawingsPLC, automation, robotics, or mechatronics experience is a plus Safety- and quality-focused mindset Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
