Waste Facility Project Engineer & PM Hybrid

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Civil Engineering Assistant Project Manager in its Pittsburgh office to support waste facilities projects from planning through permitting and construction administration. You will lead tasks, supervise staff, review reports, and design stormwater, leachate and landfill gas systems while coordinating with clients and regulators. As you grow, you will take on budgeting, scheduling, and staff development responsibilities.
