Attorney Litigation

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced litigation attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in plaintiff personal injury experience (Trial experience a plus) and diverse areas of practice i.e., auto accidents, medical malpractice, sexual assault (Federal, State Level) negligent security and others.

Key Responsibilities: You will not have to market cases, although you are certainly welcome to do so. If you bring in referrals individually, or through a referral attorney, you will receive a written, guaranteed percentage of the fee, as per your Employment Agreement with GOLDLAW. No "discretionary bonuses" based on the whim of Ownership. We guarantee a six-figure salary with a contractually binding percentage of the settlements or verdicts you obtain, which is also in your Employment Agreement. We have a highly structured office with carefully thought-out policies and procedures that help move cases efficiently. For your litigation caseload (about 35-40 files, usually), you will receive a dedicated staff of two experienced employees; no "splitting" of employees; these two are yours. You will not have to deal with pre-suitcases at all. Your practice will be devoted to "litigation" only. Even the cases you bring into the firm, you will not have to worry about in pre suit, because our expert pre-suit staff will bring the case through demand and settlement, and all you will have to do is collect your bonus check when that case resolves. We provide a generous benefits package including 401(K), health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and other great benefits. You will not have to worry about the "business" of running your own firm. You can simply focus on being a litigator and trial lawyer.
