Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)A small international bank is expanding its Global Markets business and is looking to hire a number two to spearhead Corporate FX & Rates Sales and Treasury Management. The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership, the opportunity to drive new business and revenue growth, and involvement in the bank’s broader treasury and risk management initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Build and grow relationships with CFOs and Treasurers, bringing them hedging ideas and solutions
- Price and execute FX and rates products, and work closely with credit and operations to close deals
- Drive new business and hit revenue targets, working with the corporate banking team
- Contribute to wider treasury and risk initiatives within the business
- What they're looking for:2+ years in FX and/or rates sales at a bank, with a North American client base
- A strong track record of winning and closing business with corporate clients
- The ability to explain market risk clearly to senior finance audiences
- A commercial, collaborative approach (treasury exposure is a plus)
