IAT Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Inland Marine & Property Underwriter in Plano or Spring, Texas, with a hybrid schedule (office Mon–Wed, remote Thu–Fri). You will manage and grow a profitable inland marine and property book, build strong broker relationships, and help shape pricing and coverage decisions. You will evaluate submissions, analyze loss runs, set pricing, and collaborate with claims and internal teams to ensure coverage clarity.
