Apply for this role →We’re hiring a Senior Service Now Presales & AI Solution Consultant to lead solutioning, technical presales, and AI‑powered transformation for enterprise customers across the U.S.You’ll partner with CIOs/CTOs, sales teams, and Service Now stakeholders to shape differentiated solutions, design architectures, run executive workshops, deliver demos, and drive deals from discovery through close.
What You’ll Do:
Lead end‑to‑end Service Now presales for enterprise opportunities Translate business challenges into platform‑wide Service Now solutions Build architectures, proposals, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses, estimates Deliver executive‑level workshops and solution presentations Demonstrate Service Now, Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI‑powered workflows Architect AI + Service Now solutions (LLMs, RAG, multi‑agent patterns)Partner with sales, alliances, and delivery to shape winning deals What You Bring 10+ years IT | 7+ years Service Now | 5+ years presales/solutioning Deep knowledge across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, CSM, Sec Ops, IRM/GRC, SPM, App Engine Hands‑on experience with GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, vector DBsStrong executive communication and storytelling skills Experience supporting large enterprise deals and complex RFPsPreferred Now Assist / AI AgentsAI governance / AI Control Tower Service Now Data Fabric Enterprise AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, Gemini, Llama)Fortune 500 experience
