Engineering Manager, eBOS & PV Design

Premier PV is seeking a Design Engineering Manager to lead a team of design engineers, drive eBOS product development, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. You will oversee assignments, mentoring, reviews, and compliance. The role requires an ABET-accredited engineering degree, 8–12 years of engineering experience with 2–3 in leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with industry standards and NEC/UL/IEEE/NFPA. You will partner with procurement, manufacturing, and estimating.
