Other Shifts: 3 PM–11:30 PM and 11 PM–7:30 AM
Weekend/Holidays: Rotating weekends and holidays as needed
Beds: 18 Daily Census: 14
Patient Ratio: 1:4 Days / 1:6 Nights
Experience:
Minimum 2 years recent inpatient Behavioral Health/Psych RN experience within the last 3 years
Required: Previous Charge Nurse experience
License: Active Wisconsin or Compact RN License
Certifications:
- BLS (AHA), CPICharting: EPICFloating: Required as PSA based on census and operational needs
- Scrubs: As per facility policy
