Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)Goodwill TalentBridge, is partnering with a well-known senior living community in the Lake Country area to assist in hiring dedicated and compassionate caregivers/CNAs to work with their residents. These would be direct hire opportunities with our client; they have part time and full-time positions available on all shifts and offer competitive pay.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with personal care, including, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility
- Support residents with meals, housekeeping and laundry
- Plan and lead therapeutic activities to engage residents
- Administer or supervise medication administration according to physician orders
Qualifications:
- Prior caregiving experience required; memory care or dementia care experience strongly preferredCNA certification preferred (not required)CBRF, First Aid, and Fire Safety certifications preferred; training provided upon hire
- Must obtain AHA First Aid certification within required timeframes and maintain current certification
- Ability to become medication-delegated and safely administer medications
