Senior Payroll Director | Hybrid NYC, UKG Expert

KIPP NYC is seeking a Senior Director, Payroll to lead a complex, multi-entity payroll operation across schools and programs in New York City. You will set strategy, optimize UKG, strengthen controls, and partner with People Operations, Accounting, FP&A, and school leaders. You will manage a team of an Assistant Director and two Payroll Clerks, ensuring accurate, timely, compliant payroll services and a high standard of employee service.
