Director of Marketing

Salary: $175 – $200k + Bonus We're not looking for someone to manage a marketing department. We're looking for someone to build a movement. Nurses. Construction crews. Pilates regulars. Our purpose is to inspire good food and lifestyle choices and we need someone to make it impossible to ignore. Luna Grill is growing fast, and we need a Director of Marketing who can turn "better-for-you" into "can't-live-without." Someone who's genuinely plugged into culture, who spots the next trend before it's trending, knows what makes a brand impossible to scroll past, and thinks in terms of relevance, not just reach. Most brands talk about connection. Fewer build the machine that fuels it, in feeds, in neighborhoods, in the daily routines of guests who care about eating well and living well. That's the roadmap you'll own, reporting directly to our CMO.What you'll actually be doing:🎯 Building the strategic marketing plan that drives relevance, ease, and distinction, and backs it up with real revenue growth as we expand into new markets🤝 Leading cross-functional partners across operations, culinary, and finance to bring the marketing calendar to life, keeping every team pulling in the same direction📱 Pushing our digital and social presence into new territory, testing platforms, formats, and creators before our competitors even notice they exist🎁 Partnering with our Director of Digital Marketing to scale Luna Rewards, loyalty, and SMS into real guest-retention engines, and sharpening performance across delivery platforms🍽️ Partnering with culinary on menu innovation and LTOs, from the first concept sketch to the name, the price, and the launch moment🎨 Setting the creative bar, steering content development, running point on our agency of record, and keeping messaging sharp across digital, social, print, and in-restaurant💬 Owning PR, influencer partnerships, and brand reputation, becoming the go-to voice for gyms, studios, athletes, and the wellness community at large🚀 Building the local marketing playbook for new restaurant openings, because every new market deserves a strong first impression📊 Leading with data, not gut feel, mining guest insights for the trends everyone else is missing, then moving on them fast👥 Building and coaching a team of marketers who do the best work of their careers under your leadership💰 Owning a multi-million-dollar budget with the discipline to defend every dollar with ROI🔍 Staying a step ahead of the competitive landscape across health & wellness, better-for-you, fitness and sports nutrition
