Help agencies establish consistent outreach and follow-up practices, measuring the resulting referrals and sales. Agency Engagement and Marketing Adoption Work with agency support and training teams to make marketing resources accessible, relevant and easy to implement. Use campaign templates, short videos, live sessions and successful owner examples to encourage adoption. Gather agency feedback and refine programs based on participation, execution and business results. Build credibility with entrepreneurial owners and help them apply effective marketing practices within their businesses. New Agency Owner Recruitment Partner with franchise development to define target owner profiles and attract qualified prospects. Create coordinated campaigns across email, content, video, referral channels and sales follow-up. Develop nurturing programs that sustain engagement throughout an extended, consultative sales process. Track prospects from initial inquiry through qualification and agency launch, using conversion data to improve marketing performance. Marketing Leadership and Performance Set marketing priorities and guide a small creative team, coordinating external specialists as needed. Collaborate with technology, operations and compliance teams to support effective execution and reliable measurement.
