Project Manager – Land DevelopmentA growing civil engineering consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to oversee land development projects throughout the Phoenix and Mesa markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading projects, working directly with clients, and playing a visible role in the continued growth of a high-performing regional team. You'll be responsible for managing projects from early planning and design through construction support, while balancing technical execution, client communication, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Lead land development projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sites Manage design coordination, permitting, and construction-phase support Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and project stakeholders Direct internal project teams, manage schedules, and maintain project profitability Mentor junior engineers and support the development of future leaders Contribute to business development and long-term firm growth initiatives
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred 7–10+ years of experience in land development project delivery Proven ability to manage clients, schedules, and budgets simultaneously Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary ranging from $130K–$160K, depending on experience, plus a full benefits package and long-term advancement opportunities.
