Remote Learning Coach - Apprenticeships & Skill Growth

Well Associates Limited is seeking a Learning Coach to onboard, coach and assess apprenticeship learners in a remote delivery setup. You will deliver apprenticeship standards and guide learners to achieve distinctions where possible, while managing a funded caseload. You will maintain records and ensure documentation, conduct quarterly employer reviews, participate in standardisation, contribute to QA processes, and maintain CPD of 30 hours per year.
