Early Childhood Education Recruiter Hybrid, Commission

Premier Early Childhood Education Partners is seeking a Recruiter to join our team in a hybrid capacity, coordinating recruitment across our Downtown Chicago operations. The ideal candidate will manage full lifecycle recruiting, partner with leadership, and build strong relationships with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with preference for experience as a Center Director and ATS familiarity.
