Busser Job Summary:
It is everyone’s job at Westwood to serve our members and their guests including clearing dishes, setting tables, and refilling drinks. This position will work primarily dinner shifts and some lunch shifts on weekdays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess knowledge of table numbers, position, and seat numbers in relevant dining outlets
- Prepare busser stations before service and restock as needed
- Greet guests and serve water quickly after they are seated
- Bus and pre-bus tables, especially before each new course
- Bus, set, and reset tables quickly following guest departure
- Deliver dirty dishes to the dish pit in the kitchen, and throw away any trash
- Assist other staff as needed
- Understand the Westwood standards and work towards serving the member experience

Requirements:
Qualifications & Job Requirements: Demonstrates good energy and motivation Ability to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness and neatness Can remain standing for several hours straight and can carry about 35 pounds easily Regular and reliable attendance, available during the day as well as evenings, weekdays, weekends, and some holidays Regular schedule with 35+ hours of working availability each week Food & beverage experience (preferred) High school graduate or equivalent (Preferred)
