Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience with .NET and C# application development Proficiency in SQL development, including stored procedures, queries, joins, and data validation Experience building and supporting REST APIs, and web services Hands-on experience with enterprise applications and system integrations in production environments Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience: Experience within large-scale public sector, education, or highly regulated environments Knowledge of enterprise enrollment, registration, workforce, transportation, or operational systems Degree in a relevant field Ability to communicate clearly and make practical tradeoffs
